Notes
Purchased by the current owner back in 1964 from a toy shop when on holiday in France.
Finished in vivid sky blue with silver details, this Chausson AP 52 Trolley-bus from Solido models has a complete ‘TELEVISION FRANCAISE CAR DE REPORTAGES’ transfer on one side, a complete ‘RTF’ transfer, window glazing and shiny spun wheels. Well-shaped black tyres have a light tread.
Detachable roof aerial is near complete.
Barely a mark to the all original paint finish.
The model was sold in this lift-off lid plain white box. We have not seen this style of box presentation before for this model and it simply has ‘SOLIDO M’ penned on the underside. Residue from a price label or similar on one side of the lid. We are not sure if this box was simply provided by the shop owner at the time. Light wear.
