Notes
Early issues (1958-59), these are the originals from this Dinky Shopkeepers Trade Box (not a later made-up set. Each Maserati Sport model has a deep lustrous red finish, including the seats, white driver, shiny baseplate, intact original screen and shiny plated convex wheels. Each classic Maserati model makes a fine display piece, six together is dazzling!
Very close to mint – very, very near mint condition.
Crisp boxes have been opened rarely. Note that one or two have a couple of (must-be) factory marks to the paint. Occasional tiny box rub caused by slight movement of the model inside its individual box.
Fresh and clean plain card Trade Box continues the barely-handled theme.
A wonderful little piece of Dinky history!
