Issued between 1948-54, this classic Dinky model has a fine burnt orange paint finish, green rollers and notably intact original olive green rubber tracks.
A little marking to the paint finish (nearly all confined to the rollers), bright baseplate. This model comes with the familiar Dinky driver figure, busy at work ‘operating’ the levers.
The early buff box is bright and fresh with a complete paper label. Light wear only. Card packing piece:
Period handwritten note on one box side (probably written by the shopkeeper – parents would often reserve models and pay later).
