This fine two-piece Gift Set from Corgi is always popular with collectors. This example is in all original and unused condition comprising:
a) Corgi 1128 Priestman Cub Shovel. In very close to mint condition. Fine lustre. Intact original black rubber tracks. Complete ‘Priestman Cub’ transfer at the side and rear of the vehicle. Mechanism for raising and lowering the jib works well. Cab containing driver is glazed.
b) Corgi 1131 Bedford TK Machinery Carrier. In virtually mint condition and notably complete with both wing mirrors, including the little reflective ‘mirror’ pieces. Very fine lustre. Black detachable rear axle and moveable ramps. Cast wheels. As-new tyres. Bright metal parts. Lovely example, complete with both spare tyres.
Polystyrene insert is fresh, clean and bright.
A more unusual find in the* window box*. Complete and and bright card shows minor handling wear. Remains of a period price label on an end flap. Smooth original cellophane is intact.
