Notes

An exceptional find.
Production of Corgi 205M (mechanical) version ended in 1959 and unused blue-painted body shells were left over. Fitted with a 205 tinplate baseplate, they were largely used in Corgi Gift Set 1 Transporter Sets from 1960.
This example has a sleek deepest navy blue finish with shiny flat spun wheels, well-shaped original tyres with a fine tread and window glazing.
Shiny base generally (minor tarnishing in places).
Barely a mark to the paint finish. Note the little later (we expect) lighter blue touches in places (e.g at a rear wing). Possible re-silvering at bumpers.
An extremely difficult find in any condition.
