Issued between 1965-72, this example was issued at the start of the production run (later this model would have Volkswagen Sedan printed on the box, and later still with Speedwheels and in a bubble pack).
In very close to mint condition. Slightly lighter blue than later issues. Note too the presence of silver detail on these early issues behind the bumper as well as rear lights. Jewelled headlights.
Virtually mint (no number-plates).
Bright plastic base and Roadway is pristine. Fine perspex lid too.
