The most sought-after of the Dinky Austin A40 advertising vans, this ‘Raleigh Cycles’ model is an attractive example with a deep green lustrous original finish and perfect “Raleigh Cycles” transfers on both sides.
Shiny base (minor ‘spidering’) and well-shaped smooth original tyres. Yellow wheels. Silver trim. Hard to find the merest mark to the paint finish. Light tyre flat spot.
The picture box is complete, clean and bright, looking fresh with deep colours. Small strip of surface loss at the lower end flap crease.
