Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This example is a difficult version to find and has fared better than many of these ‘Indian Dinky’ models.
This Bentley model has a pleasing, vivid metallic gold finish which includes the interior, a black ‘tonneau’, and comes complete with original driver and intact screen. Intact shiny bumpers.
It seems that it is not enough to own a Bentley S Coupe, one needs it to be in gold throughout in order to impress!
In unused virtually mint condition.
One-piece plastic wheel and tyre construction. Often found in poor state, these are well-shaped and run easily.
The box is complete, clean and bright. A little of the usual handling wear.
This ‘honorary’ Dinky is scarce and charming in equal measure.
