Corgi Toys 301 Triumph TR2
Triumph TR2 Sports Car by Corgi Toys, No. 301. Very near mint/unboxed. Vibrant green issue. Scarce model from The Reference Collection.
Notes
This exciting Corgi car was made between 1956-61, in three different colour finishes. The model has an outstanding fresh rich vivid green paint finish, cream seats, silver steering wheel, flat spun wheels, and an intact, fine windscreen. An impressive model from Corgi – especially considering that this car was made during the first year of production.
Shiny base. Well-shaped original treaded tyres. Little flake of cream paint held at base of windscreen.
Hard to find a mark to the paint finish. Surely deserves a box!
