Dinky Toys 660 Tank Transporter (demountable)

A sought-after matte issue of this popular Dinky military model with window glazing and a demountable trailer. Driver figure. Made between 1964-66.
This example was made right toward the end of the production run – note that one of the wheels is green plastic.

Fine original tyres, save for one which has a flat spot (note there is a spare tyre stowed).
Hard to find version and typically, one of the last variations to find when putting together a Dinky military display.
Striped Dinky Supertoys box is clean and bright. Period price label. Small area of surface loss due to removal of strip of tape which kept the lid closed at some time.
Nice to see that this example has all 3 packing pieces still present.
