Notes
is a difficult find with a bright metallic blue cab, pale grey chassis, black interior. Metal hubcap wheels, bright jewelled headlights, both hosepipes, black gantry and all six matching manhole covers intact.
Version without ‘Tiger’ label at the rear of the tank.
Note the blue oval of the ESSO label is a brighter slightly lighter blue, too. All complete.
Hard to find a mark to the paint finish. Note that it lacks one of the metal hub caps which clip on.
The attractive end flap picture box is a more unusual find and generally more desirable than the later bubble pack issues. Bright intact card has a small storage scuff and light wear.
