Notes

This eye-catching Dinky commercial was made during 1955 and is a sought-after Dinky model. A vibrant deep red paint finish, 2nd type cab, black ladder and black filler caps. Well-shaped black radial tyres. None of the usual corrosion to the well-shaped tinplate tank. Crisp lettering (one tiny nick).Decorative rear transfer has tiny marking.
Paint finish is very nearly mint!

Minute inspection finds a very few tiny touch-ins visible only under strong light with magnification.
The striped later issue box (not dual-numbered) presents well. With U.S. Importer Hudson Dobson Label (complete and bright). Shiny staples and minimal wear. Dinky stamp inside the id dates this model from 1955.
