Notes
An interesting and scarce item. Cragstan (more well known for its robot items) wanted a piece of the diecast market that Corgi and Dinky had captured and enlisted Gamda Koor/Sabra for its international (and specifically U.S.) sales.
Bright yellow original finish on this Chevrolet Taxi with a bright red interior, chrome trim roof light and ’TAXI lettering. Approx 1:43 scale. Shiny spun wheels. Well-shaped original tyres.
Does not appear to have ever been removed from its box, so assumed mint.
Header card has a small area of surface loss where a price label was removed at some time. A little tape staining/wear besides.
This garage style box is composed of hard plastic box with intact and complete garage door and yellow plastic base. Detroit Senior and Cragstan, made in Israel embossed on one end
