Issued between 1961-62, this model has an original red paint finish with red diecast hubs, a Leyland grille and perfect ‘Exide Batteries’ label on both sides, as well as virtually complete-complete ‘73’ on destination boards at front and rear. Treaded tyres.
Colours are vibrant and glossy throughout.
Hard to find a mark but under minute scrutiny with magnification, a few touch-ins may be found.
This is a sought-after model and is not an easy find, especially in this red and yellow plain card box. A little glue repair and a little age-storage wear besides.
