This classic Dinky truck was issued for some sixteen years in total (1964-72), this being an early issue with a bright non-metallic green cab, very pale grey back and red plastic hubs. More often found with the metallic green cab. Red interior. Model is in unused condition with both REFUSE WAGON labels at the sides, as well as the complete chevron label at the rear. Perfect crest transfers on both sides of the vivid green cab. All delicate rear opening shutters are intact and function well, too.
None of the usual chipping head-on, showing that this truck has had careful handling only.
Both plastic bins are present, with lids.
In very close to mint condition.
The pictorial lift-off lid box has vibrant colours. Attractive backdrop for the truck when on display. Penned writing on the underside of the lemon box base.
