This Dinky Supertoy model has a tilting cab, a simulated hydraulic tipping back, and opening tailgate. Bright and complete “SAND BALLAST GRAVEL” label at the rear. 12 wheel chassis and jewelled headlights, blue plastic hubs, window glazing. Pale blue interior. Version with silver LEYLAND lettering.
In close to mint condition. Few wheel arch retouches visible upon close scrutiny.
Colourful lift-off lid box is complete and bright. Correct lemon base has pencilled drawing on base. Couple of careful seam repairs to the lid. Minor age wear besides.
Quite a difficult model to find, nowadays.
