Notes
This classic early Foden truck has such a fine rich brown finish, with a silver flash and black chassis, black original herringbone tyres. Correct that this early issue has no tow hook or tanker slits.
Presents very well indeed. Issued between 1947-48. Notably, this high profile classic Dinky is in all original condition.
Base is complete with spare wheel affixed.
Occasional negligible mark to the matt finish.
The blue box with the orange picture label is brightly-coloured and has no seam tears or repairs Paper label has a few tiny edge nibbles. Minor wear includes a light water stain on a short lid end.
These early Foden models are becoming increasingly hard to find.
