Notes

Rich cream finish with a silver trim and Red Cross emblems cast on both sides. Silver driver. Opening rear doors. Smooth domed silver cast wheels and well-shaped original black tyres with a fine tread. Lights detail. Silver base is correct with no maker, simply ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ cast.
Model measures 110 mm. From 1956. Later this model would be issued as Budgie No. 258.

Hard to find a mark to this most unforgiving of paint finishes.
The colourful and distinctive card box is a treat in this condition. Clean and fresh-looking with day-one vibrant colours on barely handled card. Lightest wear.
