A pleasing Dinky commercial on display, this violet blue & mid-blue Guy Lorry has mid-blue grooved ‘Supertoy’ wheels. Later issue with triangular lugs at either side of the radiator and ‘Dinky Toys’ on the base. Well-shaped smooth black tyres.
In all original condition. Rough cast in a couple of places and a few little marks to the finish.
The blue and yellow card box is complete and brightly-coloured and has no splits. However, some wear to edges and ruffling to the top edge of the box base. Shelf-rubbing to the underside. Dinky stamp inside the box lid dates this particular example from 1956.
