Notes
This particular issue has a mid blue cab and hubs, with a paler blue back including the decks. Virtually complete-complete ‘DINKY TOYS DELIVERY SERVICE’ lettering on both sides and back. Large baseplate print with 582 stamped on the trailer. The sheen on this model shows that it has been handled only occasionally. Smooth original tyres.
An outstanding example with few surviving in this condition:
Virtually mint state.
The ‘Dinky Toys’ dual-numbered striped box continues the old shop stock theme. Nice to see the nearly-always missing deep blue packing wedges still present.
Dinky 994 Loading Ramp is a fitting partner in virtually mint condition. The yellow card end flap—style box is in as-new condition, notably complete with all end flaps. Very nice!
