We are delighted to offer for sale the rarest version of the ‘Corgi Toys’ Bedford Vans. With an eye-catching vibrant* mid-blue lower half and a bright yellow upper half*. ‘Corgi Toys’ lettering and logo are complete on one side, little nick on the other. Shiny flat spun wheels and a bright baseplate. Original fine tread tyres are well-shaped.
Issued between 1960-62, in various blue and yellow combinations, this particular version is a really difficult find.
This example has a chip on one side of the roof and a few tiny marks besides. Close scrutiny finds a couple of dot touch-ins.
