Notes
Issued between 1969-79, this detailed Fire Engine model has a vivid metallic red finish, complete larger ‘Fire Service’ labels fresh and bright on both sides. Intact ladders on the roof. Blue roof light. Window glazing. White interior. Later issue with plastic wheels. With hose (although in sections now). ‘M’ reg. number plates front and rear.
A few exposed edge marks.
Colourful card inner stand is bright and complete with a little of the usual wear and tear at a couple of wheel slots (heavy model on comparatively flimsy card). Both pull tabs are present and firmly attached. Colourful pictorial scene is day-one bright.
Leaflet and packing foam included.
The pictorial card box is bright and complete. Couple of internal end flap seam tears. A few ink blots on a non-picture side. A little light wear besides.
