A sought-after Spot-on set from 1960 comprising an Austin Articulated Flatbed Lorry in mid blue and grey with close to perfect ‘The British Motor Corporation Ltd.’ transfers on both sides of the cab, very close to perfect transfers on flatbed sides. No detachable headboard. Several little marks to the paint finish. More marking to the inside edge of one of the wheel arches where it has come into contact with the swivelling flat bed section. Top surface of the flatbed has the practically unavoidable marks caused by the crate.

The cream plastic crate is complete and intact, with detailed very near perfect – perfect transfers on both sides. Inside, is the near mint plus turquoise green MGA (chip on a rear wing). Complete rear number plate (only). Pale grey seating, cream steering wheel and an intact and complete windscreen.
The card box is clean, brightly-coloured and fresh with light wear and note the area of surface loss at one end of the lower half of the box due to the removal of old tape. Small discreet repair to two lid seams (easy to overlook).
