Issued in 1963 and part of the impressive Tri-ang Spot-On range of models, all precisely to 1:42 scale.
This fine Volvo has a Sky Blue finish, grey interior, black steering wheel, virtually complete-complete number plates front and rear. Bright chrome bumpers (light rubbing), radiator and headlights. Opening bonnet.
A little (probably factory assembly) mark to the rear screen. Occasioanl little mark to the paint finish.
A pleasing example presented in (earlier issue) crisp, bright picture box which has a tear to the tuck-in part of one large end flap (always vulnerable point). It comes with a Collector’s Card and a clean and bright promotional leaflet/Spot On Membership Form.
