A pleasing finish on this Simca Taxi model, hard to find this good, especially considering that these taxi models were never individually boxed. Obviously a cherished Dinky that has lost none of its lustre:
Issued between 1956-58 with red painted convex wheels.
Bright baseplate and metal parts generally including the axle ends. Well-shaped original tyres have no flat spots.
Little marking to the bumpers. Hard to fault otherwise.
Included is a ‘just for fun’ card picture box with FD24UT at ends. No individual box was ever issued with this model.
