Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in silver, blue plastic driver, steering wheel. Shiny shaped spun wheels & well-shaped original tyres with fine tread.
Racing number 35 (complete).
Little rough casting.
Note the shiny base has ‘INKY’ (not Dinky on the base) and product number. Little push-out section on one side is still in place, remarkably. Light wear and a small part-puncture.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) is colourful, clean and complete. Little puncture caused by the driver’s head has pressed back into place. Light wear.
