Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
Finished in a rich brown shade with original chrome details, off-white interior, black steering wheel, intact window glazing. Shaped spun wheels and well-shaped tyres with fine tread.
Shiny black base.
Paint finish is in close to mint condition. Little probably as-made ‘bubbling’ to the paint in places and a couple of marks besides.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) has a little wear including a tiny handling tear.
