Perhaps contrary to expectations, this is the first issue version with black plastic wheels. Later, metal wheels would be used.
This black plastic-wheeled version is in fine, all original condition with complete crossed Union Jack flags on the nose.
In original condition throughout with a pleasing lustre. Couple of little marks to the paint and the occasional tiny dot besides.
The long slim box is bright and complete. Feels crisp and rarely handled. Pencilled number on one non-picture side.
