Notes
The Japanese company Marusan is more well-known for tinplate models. However, we have a diecast model uncannily resembling Dinky 260 Royal Mail Van model from this manufacturer. Indeed, we believe this is a casting from the Dinky mode. Finished in bright red, this model will look eerily familiar to Dinky collectors. Tinplate base. Spun wheels. Original treaded tyres run well.
Couple of negligible marks.
Distinctive end flap box is bright with a crisp feel. One end still has an intact seal, so never opened. Light wear.
Rare to come to the market place.
This is only the third Marusan model we have ever offered for sale.
