Dinky 159 Morris Oxford Saloon. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce example in cerise and ivory with cream ridged wheels in two-tone colour-spotted box. From The West Midlands Collection.
Notes
A classic Dinky model issued just during 1954 with a shining cerise and ivory paint finish, cream hubs, bright baseplate (minor ‘spidering’). In pleasing, all original condition.
Obviously unplayed-with and carefully handled, this fine model is in very close to mint condition. Well-shaped smooth tyres, save for one which has a flat spot.
The pictorial two-tone card box, displaying the correct two-tone colour spot, is complete and bright. Light wear and the occasioanl little seam tear.
