This particular version in distinctive mid-blue (not pale blue) and silver with concave wheels is a more difficult find.
Bright baseplate and white finely-treaded tyres (flat spot to one in particular). Just the occasional little mark to the paint finish.
The picture box is complete and bright. No tears. No graffiti. Light grubbiness/wear.
This rare version was issued 1960-65.
