One of the most sought-after Corgi rally models! Sponsored by the Sun Newspaper in 1966, this RAC Rally Mini Car has a gleaming all original red and white finish, with distinctive detailed transfers (little nick to the rear transfer). Suspension on shaped spun wheels, jewelled head and spot lights. Couple of minor marks on the bonnet and a small bumper chip. Well-shaped original tyres.
Hard to find a mark to the paint finish.
This rally car comes in the correct over-flashed box which, fortunately, has been opened at one end only, leaving the over-flash label intact. Fine condition. The over-sticker is clean, bright and fresh with no ruffling at the end of the sticker either.
A delightful and scarce model!
