Spot-on 210
Spot-on 210 Minivan 'MULTIPAC'. Excellent/boxed, with Collector's Card. A rare promotional model from 1963. From The Queensland Collection. Starting bid £500. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
A ‘First for QDT’. This is an exceptionally difficult promotional model to source and this example, whilst having a moderate sprinkling of edge chips, is notably all original with authentic transfers throughout. Red interior, black steering wheel, spun wheels and well-shaped, supple tyres.
‘MULTIPAC’ transfer on one side is virtually complete (minute edge nick), whilst the other side has a couple of edge nicks. ‘JOHN THOMPSON BOILERS’ transfer is virtually complete on one side, central portion missing on the other.
Colourful card box has a crisp feel. One end flap has been attached (and it appears to be from a different Spot-on box, but it is not a later copy).
