Issued 1937-41. This four-piece Gift Set comprises:
1) 151A Tank in gloss military green, with intact chain tracks and aerial. A little marking to paint finish. No fatigue. Green tinplate base.
2) 151B 6-Wheel Wagon with correct driver. Wear to paint particularly at edges where the tinplate tilt fits. Tinplate insert for seating in back of the truck Fatigue to smooth wheels only. Original smooth tyres run freely. Spare stowed.
3)151C Cooker Trailer with wire stand stowed, Paint chipping at edges principally. Smooth wheels and well-shaped smooth tyres.
4) 151D Water Tank with smooth wheels. Intact, showing light wear to paint finish. Smooth black tyres have a flat spot.
Scenic backdrop with intact cut-outs for models has survived extremely well. With drop-down front section. Light wear only.
Bright blue box has been well-stored, with condition belying its 80 years!
Light edge scuffs and wear. Remarkably, the card insert has survived well!
