An impressive military Gift Set – especially in this unused complete condition! Made between 1957-65, this two part set is a fitting contender for the centre-piece of your Dinky military display. It comprises:

1) Dinky 660 Mighty Antar Tank Transporter is in splendid condition – obviously unused and rarely handled, this model has a fine sheen to the military green finish. Early example, so no window glazing. There are a few near-inevitable marks but this is one of the nicest examples we have seen.

There are a few little nicks on the back of the cab roof and one at a wheel arch. Such a difficult item to find absolutely mint!

2) Dinky 651 Centurion Tank is a fitting partner in virtually mint condition (so tempted to call this one mint!). A couple of the tiniest marks on the gun. Bright baseplate, and smooth supple tracks. Just superb!

Of course, both items turn up regularly enough – but rarely in this unused condition and certainly this Gift Set is not an easy find. How nice to see the packing pieces as well as the little Quality Control Tag still present!

All adding to the desirability and value of this set.
The large striped Supertoys box shows that this item has been carefuly stored. The cream inner has bright colours and no wear to the wheel slots – a very pleasing backdrop for both military pieces:

No tears at edges or any graffiti. Just minor marking caused by the models – and inevitable!
The pictorial box lid has none of the usual rubbing at edges and corners. Faintly pencilled shopkeeper’s writing at one end flap and there is some original sellotape residue when the box was sealed shut. No splits or grubbiness.

Outstanding and one of the nicest examples you will ever find.
