Notes
The first Police car made by Corgi between 1958-61, first in a blue card box and then later in a blue and yellow box.
This example has a gleaming gloss black finish, shiny shaped spun wheels, complete ‘Police’ sign on the roof (with bright POLICE labels), intact aerial and a shiny baseplate. Especially difficult to find with shaped spun wheels (usually flat spun), and in this blue and yellow box (often in the earlier blue box).
Light rubbing at side raised body lines and a small scratch on the boot. Couple of little bumper rubs.
The pictorial card box is clean, bright and crisp, showing minimal handling. Light wear.
