Notes

Hard to find in any condition and certainly never in multiples – we are delighted to have this exquisite South African Austin Healey Sprite.
Dinky were sent as castings and painted and assembled in South Africa largely as a way of getting around the laws prohibiting export of finished goods to South Africa at this time. All housed in Dinky boxes with some Afrikaans text and of course most importantly the Arthur E.Harris print on the box.

A most appealing Austin Healey Sprite model finished in bright mid-blue with shiny spun wheels, silver trim, South African (distinctive) rivets, shiny base and as-new fine tread tyres.
In mint, original condition:

The correct Arthur E. Harris Dinky box is clean and brightly-coloured although lacks two small end flaps now. Re-attached end flap. A little writing on the top surface.

The only example we have ever offered for sale and one of the rarest Dinky models.
