Notes
This 10-Ton Army Truck has a silky matt military green finish with an intact and nicely fitting detachable tin canopy (note the dab of green paint at the edge of the tinplate). Complete with driver and spare tyre stowed behind the cab.
A few little marks to the paint finish.
The early striped DINKY TOYS (not Supertoys box) with upright (not italicised) script is bright and complete with shiny staples. Dated 1956, from the Dinky factory stamp inside the box lid. ‘LF" (lead free) label in place. Light wear. Period ’JOUETS WEBER’ Price Label. Period penned purchase date nearby. Crease to the lid and a couple of little edge scuffs to the deep blue (unfaded) lower half of the box.
