Notes
Another first for QDT! This Landrover finished in a distinctive Peacock Blue shade, stopped us in our tracks! The owner bought it years ago and knew immediately that it was an extremely rare colour and was intrigued by the red interior too (rather faded now). Possibly unique – it is our opinion that this is a factory sample piece that never made it into production.
Olive canopy. Shaped spun wheels with suspension and well-shaped treaded tyres. Rivetted. Metal towhook.
Light chipping mostly on the roof.
For comparison only, please note the 2 colour versions placed alongside. The Peacock Blue version is placed on the left.
The original pictorial card box (added by the owner) is complete, crisp, clean and bright with barely any wear.
