Issued between 1961-65, this black plastic-wheeled version is in all original condition with near intact crossed Union Jack flag and U.S. flag on the nose This is the earlier version with black plastic wheels.
Usual little rub to the highest point of the wheel arches (due to box contact). Note the chip near and on the red recess paint details. Tiny marking at front and rear exposed points. Small stray deep blue (pen?) mark.
The long slim box is complete. A little age grubbiness/handling wear.
