Notes
This is an eye-catching, bright red and yellow Comet truck issued between 1949-54. In all original condition:
A few little marks to the paint finish and note the surface cracks to one of the original grey tyres. Note too that this model has been placed in one position for a long tine, resulting in a light flat spot on each tyre. The spare is fine (of course).
The early blue box is sturdy and strongly-coloured. Complete and unfaded paper label. Little wrinkling to the paper label at lid end. Minor grubbiness. A little penned writing on box base underside.
