This set was sold only through the Sears Roebuck Department store in America in 1965. It appears in their 1965 Christmas Catalogue!
Unseen by even the most prestigious auction houses and most Dinky toy experts. We actually had two pristine examples, one of which had been carefully opened, the other still sealed. It contains,(presuming that it is identical to the opened example):

120 E Type Jaguar, in red
237 Mercedes Benz, with red plastic hubs and yellow driver.
