French Dinky 32AB
French Dinky 32AB Panhard Articulated Lorry 'S.N.C.F.' Very near mint /in TRADE BOX (with dividers). Scarce item from The SC Collection.
Notes
This version was produced between 1954-59, before its re-numbering to FD575 in 1959.Sleek deep blue finish and painted ridged wheels.
The distinctive lettering and green French map logo are perfect on one side, applied a little high on the other so the very top part of the letter ‘S’ of ‘Societe’ is not present (small rub to the paint finish above this site). The original tyres are generally fine and supple although two have incurred a couple of little splits during storage.
Note a deep blue dab of paint covering a small mark on the roof. Small chip at the front of tinplate tilt.
Presented in the hard to find plain buff shopkeeper’s Trade Box complete with original dividers.
The box is complete and sturdy and looks as if has been handled only rarely.
Staples are bright. Print is strong at the lid ends. Split to two seams of the lid. Foxing on the lid in places. French Dinky Quality Control stamp on the inside of the lid.
