Notes
This fine two-piece Gift Set from Corgi is always popular with collectors. This example is a delight, in all original and unused condition comprising:
a) Corgi 1128 Priestman Cub Shovel. In virtually mint condition with just a couple of negligible marks. Very fine lustre. Intact original black rubber tracks. Complete ‘Priestman Cub’ transfer at the side and one mere dot to the transfer at the rear of the vehicle. Mechanism for raising and lowering the jib works well. Cab containing driver is glazed.
b) Corgi 1131 Bedford TK Machinery Carrier. In very close to mint condition and notably complete with both wing mirrors, including the little reflective ‘mirror’ pieces. Very fine lustre. Black detachable rear axle and moveable ramps. Spun shaped hubs. Few little edge marks to one wheel arch edge at the rear. Lovely example, complete with both spare tyres.
Box base is made of polystyrene and is clean and bright with light blue Corgi Toys lettering. Very fine!
The colourful pictorial lid is fresh, clean and bright.
Tiny surface scratch.
This example comes complete with the often missing Instruction Leaflet/Corgi Club
Membership Form, too:
