One of the trio of t.v./broadcasting vehicles made between 1959-65.
This B.B.C. truck presents well with a lustrous deep green and pale grey finish. This model comes complete with the detachable aerial (often they seem to go astray!). Camera man on the roof swivels. More unusual issue with black BBC lettering on the camera. Perfect detailed crest transfers on both sides of the van.
In all original, very near mint condition.
Fresh, bright box has minor wear. Card packing piece included too.
Precisely dated from April 1959 (Dinky stamp inside the box lid). Period pennedshopkeeper’s price at one lid end.
