Rare, early Matchbox Stand is most eye-catching and indeed the first we have ever seen, let alone offered for sale. Thrilled to bring this completely unused small Matchbox Stand to the market-place. Note the central section would be pushed out in order to display the latest Matchbox model in the toy shop. This has never been done. The colours are vibrant and it does give the impression of being tucked away out of sight for many years. Condition belies its age. A couple of very faint surface creases and very light wear. Measures 25cms at its widest point x 18.5cms.
