Notes
Issued between 1965-67, this sought-after Corgi Ford Thames Ice Cream Van has a shining, original blue and cream finish with complete detailed labels:
Suspension on shaped spun wheels. In beautiful, virtually mint condition and happily free of the window ‘misting’ that can often be found on these models.
Mere dot or two to the paint finish and note that 4 labels from the supplied label sheet have been applied now.
The rest remain on the decorative label sheet. Note that the Instruction Leaflet* is still present too, to show where to apply the stickers.
Included is the pictorial card plinth which is in pristine condition – so crisp and strongly-coloured! Both figures of the ice cream seller and boy are present. With original card piece which fits inside the base of the plinth.
The pictorial card box is crisp, clean and bright. Hard to find this good.
Lightest wear only. P
Original packing card piece is still present.
An endearing and nostalgic item.
