Issued between 1954-55, this second issue is finished in mid-blue with cast-in white racing driver and steering wheel. Blue ridged wheels and yellow racing numbers. Close to perfect paint finish (one mark at the rear point). Complete racing numbers.
Bright baseplate has a small lightly tarnished area. Fresh-looking original black treaded tyres.
Two axle ends are rather dulled on one side.
