Notes
A sought-after example of this attractive Gerry Anderson’s Thunderbird model!
This Fab 1 model has a gleaming paint finish and jewelled headlights. Both figures of Lady Penelope and Parker are seated inside. Correct canopy for this late issue i.e. no pink lines. The canopy glides well. Complete with both number plates, radiator emblem, six jewelled headlights, and correct silver painted baseplate/bumpers. Detailed cast wheels are correct for this issue.
In all original, virtually mint condition!
The plinth is crisp with excellent fresh colours. Original clear plastic bag containing the rockets and missiles is still affixed to the plinth. It contains the correct 2 yellow missiles as well as four red harpoons.
The original plastic “bubble” lid has light yellowing and note that there is a small piece missing low down on one side, two small splits besides.
