Corgi 1132
Corgi 1132 Bedford TK Carrimore Transporter. Very near mint/boxed. With BOTH WING MIRRORS INTACT. A rare find from The Lake District Corgi Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1963-65, this is a scarce find.
In fine, all original condition, with both wing mirrors intact notably. Shining original yellow and red finish with bright metal parts, both spare tyres, and a very nearly complete Corgi dog logo at the rear folding ramp.
Pleasing lustre.
You will find marking to the paint finish mostly at the drop-down rear ramp section (hard to avoid). Note too the factory retouches on the front edge of the lower section of the bed (easily overlooked).
The pictorial box is complete and bright, with light wear and a little storage crumpling on one end. Little start of a tear at an end flap. These comparatively flimsy boxes holding heavy trucks nearly always suffer substantial wear.
This example has fared better than many we have seen.
Card plinth has some of the usual wear and tear at a couple of wheel slots as you might expect (two small strips of surface loss).
